What Your Patients Can Expect
1. Prompt Scheduling
Our scheduling team will contact the patient within three business days of receiving the referral.
2. Appointment Coordination
During the initial call, we will review the patient's health history and schedule their treatment appointment.
3. Insurance & Authorizations
If insurance authorization or additional information is required prior to treatment, our scheduling team will work directly with the patient and notify them of any updates or next steps.
4. Questions or Appointment Changes
Patients who have questions or need to reschedule their appointment can contact our scheduling team at 870-600-0220.
5. Same-Day Consultation & Treatment
In most cases, patients can expect to complete both their consultation and treatment during the same appointment, minimizing the need for multiple visits.
